From the Ground Up: Evolution through Experimentation

This is a series of 4 workshops held over the course of 2025.  The first of these workshops was held on Saturday 25 January 2025. 

These 4 workshops are aimed at experienced practitioners, teachers and trainees ...anyone who wants to deepen their understanding and application of the rich science that is Iyengar Yoga.

The course will be hosted through Redfern Yoga Space in Sydney.

This is a hybrid event .. .you can attend in studio or online. 

Individual workshop cost (in studio or online): $105. Seniors and students: $96.

The dates of the workshops are:

A special four-week series with Stephanie Quirk hosted at Redfern Yoga Space.

2-3.30pm on Saturdays November the 8th, 15th, 22nd and December the 6th 2025.

We have called this series “Not really the Bee’s Knees”. This four part programme is a guide for both students and teachers to good practice for the healthy care of knees through gaining more understanding of the role, alignment and state of the knee in our yoga asana practice. There are so many anecdotal situations where,

“My knees were fine until I began yoga, and when will I sit on the floor in Virasana ?!”
